I was looking for a prescription package that was missent to the holden post office (should have gone to Buckner), John was very helpful (he even called me back to tell me what he found out).

The post office workers are rude and do not deliver important mail and will put your mail in other peoples mailbox. I have never had so many problems with a post office as I do with this office. We had our mailboxes moved and they do not want to put your mail where it belongs or where you ask them to.

Said they would call us back. Did not... Been in their 5 different times. We have been dealing with them with a change of address for over 6 months. I am so irritated with them. When I call it says I need a service number but haven't been given one
