I was approached by a man named "Greg". He Immediately advised me that he was "Deaf". I showed Greg what I needed and without hesitation he took the bag and directed me to the area locating what I needed. I thanked him through sign language and gave him a hug AGAIN... “I have no idea why there are negative reviews for Lowes. In fact, only negative one star reviews are suspicious. Lowes is a popular home improvement and hardware store in this area. Customer service is excellent. I have been shopping here for 16 years and been treated very well. I highly recommend this store as it is my favorite.”
