I have been seeing Lori since this past May every other week. From literally years of mishandling my nails with harsh, over-drilling, they were thin, incredibly damaged and weak. After six months regular mani/pedi's with Lori, my nails are almost unrecognizable. They are no longer thin, warped and weak. My nailbeds have grown and good health has been restored. I travel one hour each way from Eureka Springs to my appointments, and it's time we'll spent. I will be remain with Lori as long as she's doing nails She's the best!

I made an appointment with Michaela over a month ago - when I showed up for my appointment she said I never confirmed. I made the appointment by text and said OK -if she was confused by the response OK she should’ve asked me. To top it off she was incredibly rude to me.

Michaela made a appointment with me via text a month ago and when I arrived today she said I never confirmed. I said ok in the text. To me that is confirmation. And if she was confused then ask me! And treating me with such rudeness over her error was a little over the top.

I've been here in the past and had great experiences, but it can be hard to set an appointment. The last time I called they told me they couldn't set the appointment and Id have to call the stylist I wanted directly on their personal line. I was just hoping to have my hair braided.

My experiences at By Shear Design / Vintage Charm Beauty by Michaela are always the best I’ve ever had. The salon is extremely relaxing and current, and the atmosphere is friendly. Michaela is by far the most talented and caring stylist and she ensures that every one of her clients leaves more happy than what they even expected.
