“In October 2025 I had a cracked windshield on my Ford F-250 pickup truck. I was 200 miles from home, so I made arrangement with Outlaw's Auto Glass to replace the windshield.
It wasn't until I arrived home that I discovered a leak in the windshield. I was very concerned that I would have to return to Hollister (a 400 mi round trip) to have it fixed. I couldn't afford to make that trip, so I had it repaired at a local auto glass shop in my hometown. I sent a letter to Gary Outlaw, with a copy of the invoice, asking for reimbursement for my out-of-pocket expense. I was concerned that he would say that I should have brought it back to him for repairs. On the contrary, Gary called me immediately, apologized for the problem, and sent me a check right away, reimbursing me for my extra expense. I was so amazed at Gary's courteous response and willingness to handle the problem properly! I am now a lifelong customer and fan of Gary Outlaw and his great auto glass service!”
