Maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering new appliances. They delivered two broken refrigerators and on the way the trucks broke down both times. The third refrigerator is in its way and the truck broke down again! I think it’s time to move on.

Head cashier Candi at Hollister Lowe's in Missouri. Is the absolute best goes above and beyond for customers and employees. All around is a great person and does job extremely well. She stayed after closing hours for customer because she cares. She's awesome.

Lowe's may not have as much selection as some of the bigger hardware stores but it has a Necessities also it has carts for those that are having a hard time walking. A very enjoyable plant and garden Department

Worst experience ever!!! Will never go back to that location. They had a refrigerator on sale when ask they had none in stock however I was told they could get it from the Ozark location. I called x3 times each time I called this location about when it would be delivered I was given 3 different days. No one was able to ask my question correctly in regards to the delivery date grant it knowing I had to take time off work.THIS IS Unacceptable! AND I would not recommend any one shopping here take my advice and go somewhere else where customers service is better!

Had a return one lady was rude about everything the man I'm guessing the manager was extremely friendly and was very helpful even took the time to make sure I was getting the right product and it was 10 mins till closing
