Shannon was amazing. We put our belongings in the wrong unit number and she worked endlessly to make sure our things were there and info was updated so we would not lose our belongings. Thank you is not enough to say to you. Especially when we are 500 miles away.

My storage was robbed and the camera was just out of view to see. The next month my storage unit increased in fee.I'm not a happy camper.

Do not rent from this facility I stored my 5th wheel trailer and power boat. My boat cover was cut open with a knife and Something was missing. This company did not care about my boat cover. I will not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

All the ladies in the office are fantastic. Especially Cheryl.... I was having an off day, I called in to make a payment, about 20 mins later getting off the phone with Cheryl, I felt better. But truly all the ladies are great. If anything happens or something is needed from the smallest to the biggest issue they will fix it and do it promptly.I encourage anyone needing a storage unit or a place to park a boat I highly recommend Muddy Man storage. I've been here over a year and have never had any issues with anything, my stuff's always secure ,my bill is on autopay, it's nice to not have to worry about anything.

I rented a storage shed from and I only needed it for a couple days which is cool I pay for the whole month but I had some furniture in there that I needed to get to and they had padlocked me because I didn't get up there to pay him the day that I said I was going to and it took him 2 weeks to unpack like it and I was up to the very next day depending on their money took him two weeks I lost a bunch of money and investments on that because I couldn't get in my storage shed that's why I'm not too fond of them thank you
