Had to go to PostNet for fingerprinting through IdentiGo and Anthony, the Office Manager, was awesome to deal with.
1) I arrived about 15-20 minutes early and after verifying I had everything I needed for the process, he took me right back and got started.
2) He was knowledgeable about the process and system and it was completed in about 8-10 minutes; Document scan, information accuracy checks, fingerprinting, photo, and payment.
3) He was very informative and helpful with determining my other needs for additional services they offer. (Which I will be ordering some customized print items from him soon.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing print services of any kind or national fingerprinting done.

Anthony helped me with a print. He was patient, professional, and made sure I was happy with the printing results. The store was very busy and he was the only employee there. I think he did a great job handling the volume of customers.

Store was messy and dirty. Was there for fingerprinting but it was explained to me that if a paying mail customer is there, they will wait on them first because they don’t make money off fingerprinting.
After several customers kept coming in and they were understaffed, I realized I’d be there a while.
I left and went to the Spfd office the next day and got in and out fast.

Such an awesome gentleman running this business. I've been in 2x in a week and a half and both times what I needed done is a time consuming task. However, he never missed a beat helping me and numerous other customers coming in. He is a very polite, well mannered, professional that still treats everyone with complete respect. You know there's more and more people in life that have forgotten (or just choose not to), what makes a business and grows that business are us, the customers. He did a great job. This is the only place I will come to for all my shipping/receiving and background checks done. Thank you again for keeping your business' atmosphere professional and nice. Have a blessed day.

Anthony was great. He handled my questions about shipping with UPS and FedEx. They design and print all kinds of things like business cards, banners and canvases. By far the best around!

They worked with me and made a box for my shipment even though they did not have one in the right size. I appreciate people that are willing to help and this place got the job done. Will be back for sure.
