“I can’t say enough good things about Shawn. I found a property on Zillow and tried to reach the listing agent several times with no success. So I called Zillow and they connected me with Shawn. The first phone call went so well. He realized I was over four hours away so he went to the property and he videotaped the inside, outside, plus the road going into the area. Homes are flying off the market so I asked if we could meet the next day and he not only made time for me to see the house, but the neighborhood is managed a little bit differently and he took the time to get all the answers from the neighbors for me. “This is located right on the outskirts of downtown Branson, off of 165 highway. There is a person who monitors the gate, making sure you have serious intent of coming into this homeowner's association. Homes are from condos to stay alone homes. The clubhouse is located less than 1 mile from the entrance. Easy parking access to the clubhouse. The restaurant closes by 6 p.m. and this could alter plans for dinner nearby. Golf is affordable on this course compared to other golf courses in Branson. Carts have GPS and there are a few challenging holes on the course, including difficult hills and water traps. Signs keep you from getting lost and we weren't rushed during the round of golf. Overall, a nice time at the Pointe Royale Golf Course.”
