“Wow, wow, wow!!!!! I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for the wonderful people at Central Bank west end, but specifically Gracelyn and Heaven. Those two went ABOVE & BEYOND for me in a pretty unique situation. My family and I are moving out of state (where there are no central banks). Through no fault of their own, I did not realize I forgot a crucial step on the home buying process. So, less than 48 hours before closing, I called the help line. They connected me to my local CB location (this one). Where Gracelyn and Heaven helped me out. They were amazing and were happy to help me out!!! Then, there was a small issue so less than 3 hours until we closed on the house, Gracelyn came to work BEFORE HER SHIFT to see that this issue was resolved.
