This business closed its doors and had owed me money for several months. The owners appeased me for a couple months not do not respond. The business license in ******** also expired in 2019 although he ran it until 2022. As a business owner, this business was run into the ground and should never see the light of day again.

Great environment with caring owners/trainers. A decent selection of cardio machines of your run-of-the-mill stationary bikes and treadmills. Brian is not only a great trainer but he works very hard to practice what he preaches !! Always friendly and welcoming and is always there to teach you proper form or how to use the equipment better to your advantage !! The hours are great and the gym is roomy . It's got a great vibe and it's nice to change up your scenery !! I recommend power overload to all of my friends !!

I have been very reluctant to go to a gym as I have always been intimidated. Not here, everyone is friendly and even customer are encouraging. Mario set us up with a routine that is easy to follow and achievable. I am excited to be on the right path to better fotness and hopefully weight loss.

Great place to train if you are serious about your strength and endurance. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned lifter or a novice. By far the best gym atmosphere you'll ever experience. I feel like I'm at the pub with my mates when I'm here.
