Marked a package of mine as delivered but it was not in my mailbox. Says my package was delivered at 11:45am but the store hours says 8am-10:30am so how was it delivered? Absolutely nobody is answering the phone and the 800 number is nothing but an automated ai robot which is no help.

They always leave my mailbox open. I am the only one in my entire area that they do this too. I left them a note on the inside of my mailbox, saying to make sure the lid is closed for now, so they left it open again and left me a nasty passive aggressive reply back on the note. The person who left that reply should be fired so quickly for the amount of unprofessionalism that he displayed! The amount of time that that person wrote that reply, they could’ve closed the lid 20 times over. Absolutely ignorant and unprofessional!

I couldn't believe the disrespect the lady displayed. I explained my issue to her 3 times for her to only ask me again what the problem was. She took my address & didn't explaine a thing to me, but only to let me know that I was being rude because she couldn't help me with the issue. She even freaked out and told me I'm not going to help you right now. I just left & I can't believe they are forwarding me mail to other locations with out my concent or any reason. They need more management.

This isn't particularly directed at the Holts Summit post office. I live in Virginia and I mailed a priority package to my father the Thursday before last and he lives on CountyRd 391 in Holts summit .Tell me why it is his package sat in Columbia Missouri for so long? I have been tracking the package and finally today it updates that it was sent out for delivery in Holts summit. Obviously Columbia has a horrible processing location.

I've come home so many times to an open mailbox. Today my mail got wet because the door was left open again. This is not the first time this happened. I get people want to get the job done & get home but do your job & close the mailbox. PLEASE!

I was not looking forward to going to the post office because in other towns they are not friendly. This place was WAY different. They were very nice and helpful.
