M & M Disposal Inc

Hours: M & M Disposal Inc. is generally considered a very reliable service for trash removal and disposal by its long-term customers. Many reviewers note the drivers and pickup staff are wonderful, friendly, and do a great job, often going above and beyond. The service is described as very reliable, with consistent on-time pickup and reasonable, stable pricing. Customers report very few problems over many years or even decades of service. However, a common and significant criticism is that the business office and customer service are not efficient. Multiple reviews state that no one answers the phone and it is nearly impossible to get through. Other noted issues include occasional missed pickups, billing that may increase without clear communication, and a lack of messages about service changes for holidays or inclement weather. Despite these administrative shortcomings, most customers express overall satisfaction with the core trash collection service.
