“I had submitted the appropriate documents while renewing the lease. Few weeks prior to the invoicing under the new SROA ownership agreement. Unfortunately, the administrative process had not been completed and additional charge for the SROA insurance was still in place.
I made a call to the SROA office to get this handled. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and very attentive to my needs. A follow up call was made back to me to confirm the new price.
Good, quick customer service.”

“I have been using A1-Locker Rental for about 10 years. The place is clean, bug free, and has a great security system in place. Today (Monday, March 4th, 2025), some reason my debit card kept getting denied. Eric, the employee for A1-Locker, answered my phone call four times each time my card getting denied. Not once did he make me feel embarrassed, never acted like I was an inconvenience. He was a really nice guy. Honestly all the employees are really nice. I just wanted to give Eric a shout-out and wanted to let him know I finally figured out the card issue. LOL”
“I have moved a number of times in the past 10 years and have occupied several self storage units. Cedar Hill Self Storage has stood out a head above the others I have used. From the outside, the place may seem small or unassuming. But dealing with the owner has been the most flexible, attentive and accommodating experience. The units are very clean. I have since moved out (of the area), but I tell you, I would definitely call Michelle again without hesitation.
