“A nice small town bank, just like the bank I previously used, until it changed it's name twice & then sold out to another bigger bank that really screwed it up. But that's besides the point.This bank is awesome, when you call, you actually get a live person who is in this branch, not some stupid automated answering system, or customer service in some other city.They take the time to make you feel important, & heard. They will listen to any concerns you have, and make suggestions on what they can do to solve the issue.On top of that they have TRULY FREE CHECKING! No stupid monthly service charges for no real reason, that always get taken out at the most inoppertune time.The only thing I wish they had that they don't, is while they have nice ATM machines, I wish they could accept cash, and check deposits for when the branch is closed. Otherwise amazing bank that I hope to be with for many many many years to come.”
