My experience with Houston H&R block was terrible, They kepted messing up my appointment time and canceled on me when it was urgent, Definitely don't recommend and go to the one in mountain Grove because they took care of me ASAP

Dropped off my taxes after talking to them in May to have an amendment done...CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE...THEY WONT RETURN CALLS...ARE NOT THERE....EVER...NOW I CANT GET MY TAX PAPERS BACK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
