People ask me why they never hear me complaining about my cell service and I tell them: great communication from company and store, any issues (very few) I could talk to a person and get resolution, service is personal, devices, gadgets and accessories are always available at great prices and ? wireless, has been fantastic! Whether on a cruise or road tripping, I have had excellent uninterrupted service without added fees! I’ve not had the dropped calls, alone without gps and no service. Older lady here that has always been able to get a patient agent to explain what is happening and even walk me through setups and such. Thank you US Cell!! Here’s to Many more years together!!
