What a joke this stores pizza service is! Just waited 40 mins for a pizza ordered only to be told someone else was given our pizza cause they had the same first common name!? My husband was so frustrated he just left because he didn't want to wait for another 40 mins for a pizza! I called to speak with manager Matt who gave me all kinds of excuses for their incompetence. I have a really loud voice especially when I'm upset. So I ask to be compensated with a free pizza. He tells me he doesn't like my tone!? Then hangs up on me! What has happened to customer service these days? Companies don't want to accept responsibility for mistakes that they make. Customer service used to mean something but not anymore! So sad. We regularly ordered pizza but We won't be back!

Everytime we order a pizza the crust / bottom of the pizza is still half dough not even cooked all the way. It's also so thin the whole thing falls apart and you can't pick it up to eat it. We say only half something and it ends up on the entire pizza. Only order if you want a stomach ache from eating raw pizza.

Always Clean and the employees are very polite. The young kid who makes the subs at the deli also does a fantastic job. Best subs in any caseys i have ever been to!
