“After a deer decided to commit suicide on my Toyota Camry I needed a body shop with quick turn around time around Christmas. Every other body shop told me it’d be January before they could get to it. I called Jennifer at Counts. I got nothing but excelsior customer service from her and the body shop in general. I dropped it off and they had it complete and gorgeous again within a week and a half. I got it back and it looked so good and a very thorough and quality repair job. This place is very recommended for all your auto bodywork needs. It’s a small hometown body shop but amazing quality work!”

“MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol.”

“Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. “I have dealt with GAZAWAY for years and the owner AARON has always been honest and prompt. The problems with GAZAWAY May be that everyone is trying to get their vehicles fixed and show up without an APPOINTMENT. They have increased their business because they do a good job at a fair price. It's hard to find a repair shop around their area and GAZAWAY is trying to keep up with demand. GOOD mechanics are hard to find and keep. You can't leave your vehicle full of tools and expect GAZAWAY to be responsible for them. Try them and see if you are happy with GAZAWAY, BUT CALL FIRST FOR AN APPOINTMENT.”

“Backed into a post with my van and caused the rear sensor to be knocked out of it's mount. Stopped in for an estimate and someone immediately came out and looked at the damage. I asked if they would give me two estimates one to repair the sensor and one to include the sensor repair and some paint work. As I was paying for this myself I wanted the option to choose the repair cost I wanted to incur. The estimator did this quickly and efficiently stating that two estimates would not be a problem. They just completed the sensor repair and it was done quickly. A pleasant surprise was a car was and the interior vacuumed and dusted. I am going to to need some additional work and this is where I will go and recommend them highly. Everyone was pleasantly friendly and the facility is clean and neat.”
