“The best and easiest decision I've made. To be honest finding a shop to work with as a woman can be insanely frustrating. The moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. Jack and the team here were so helpful and patient with me. I had tons of questions and a lot going on and never once felt pressured to give them my business or belittled for not knowing every detail. I went to three other shops before finding Hunters Auto body, and I'm so happy with my decision to work with them. Jack walked me through the whole process and made sure that my vehicle was going to be taken care of RIGHT and not just want insurance wanted, but so that my car would be safe for my son and I. The team was polite and even helped me with my plates. Felt like the process was quick and easy. I really do appreciate all the help and kindness I received here. “Phenomenal work at a very competitive price. I got only my hood repainted as it was previously scuffed up bad from years of neglect and living under the hot Arizona sun, so don’t judge the rest of the front end in the photo. They only painted the hood per my request.
The finished work far exceeded my expectations, and especially for the cost. The shop also did a great job getting my truck in and out the door from the time I scheduled an appointment. Do be patient as they have a steady flow of customers. Trevor and the other friendly staff at Ernie Patti made a frustrating experience less difficult by keeping us fully informed from start to finish. The car looks immaculate, even with the complexity of the Metallic Gray paint color which requires a 4-stage paint process. If needed, we will definitely return to Ernie Patti for future repairs.”

“These people seriously rock. My 2013 Buick’s side mirror had a run in with a pole and needed to be replaced. I called and got quoted by 2 other shops. Nearly 1k each quote. I called Eric at J&R and they got me fixed up for 300 bucks. They were extremely responsive and kind. They even tossed in a free headlight that had recently gone out with all of the winter storms. If I could give a 100/10 I would. Thank you guys for giving honest quotes and not inflating the price for quality work. Shops like this are hard to come by nowadays.”

“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. And BOY was I correct! You can judge this book by its cover!!!
Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care.
Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”
“I wanted a ceramic coating for my car. I gave it to Thomas who operates Shine Time. The paint needed attention. Thomas used a clay bar treatment to remove the embedded dirt, sap, and tar. He then applied the ceramic coating. He had the car for three days. He sent me pictures of the car as he progressed.
The car is a 2020 model year and it sits outside. I am pleased with the results. Water beads off the hood and roof. No dirt sticks to the finish.
Go to his shop if you want to be extreemly pleased. See the photo of my car in his shop at pick up!!!”
