After a rear end collision, I dropped my truck off for repair on a Tuesday. The work was completed and I picked up my truck that Friday. The work was expedient, the communication and updates from the shop was great, and the work was done well. My truck looked new upon picking it up. Karen and Danielle were very communicative and transparent through the whole process. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The only reason I selected not sure on pricing is because the other parties’ insurance paid for the repair, but I was shown an itemized bill and feel it was a fair price for the work accomplished and the service provided.

Decent shop, used to be John's auto body before Caliper purchased the building it is located in the middle of scenic nowhere next to interstate 55 so it is a bit noisy. It isn't as nice as the five star facility in Arnold and refreshments are lacking, only thing you get is bottled water and desk jar candy but in typical Caliper fashion they do good work, I paid for my repair out of pocket which most people don't do because they can't afford it. They were able to repaint my decklid and install a new spoiler that I provided
The estimate process was different due to me paying for services out of pocket and was somewhat confusing, a lot of the things on the estimate didn't apply. For example, I was originally quoted by Phil the service advisor 1,661.24 but when everything was said and done it ended up costing me 1,358. Not that I am complaining but I figured this was due to the fact that I was paying out of pocket. Overall a decent shop but if you are wanting amenities like soda or snacks this location doesn't have it

Very pleased with Caliber Collision in Imperial. The staff treated me well and took very good care of my car. They gave me peace of mind. I'm glad I chose them for my repairs.

Tried to get an estimate for a door handle replacement over the phone. Said I had to make an appointment. Next available was 3 weeks away. Said to go to Caliber.com, no place to get an estimate there either.

My wife set up an appointment to have Caliber check out the rattle noise on the underside of the driver's side of her 2021 Explorer. I thought they would see what was needed to repair and set up another appointment. But when the guys in the shop were checking the scope out, they saw what was making the noise and were able to put everything back together right away, as it was straightforward for them. We did not need another appointment and a good repair completed. Not all are this good but it was great for us this time. Thanks!

I had a fantastic experience with this shop. I needed some repair from the tornado earlier this spring and from start to finish, they made the process super easy. I was kept very informed and I could check progress and estimated completion dates online. Excellent customer service and my truck lucks brand new again. AND they cleaned the inside of my truck. Absolutely, definitely recommend.

I called to get more information on having the latch on my rear sunroof fixed. The secretary was very quick to schedule a same day appointment to have it looked at. Once I got there the GM took my vehicle back to the tech, Tanner. Tanner was able to fix the broken latch in a matter of 10 minutes and I was back on the road! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle work done, as they were both quick and efficient.

We used the Imperial location for a pretty extensive repair of the left side of the vehicle. The communication was impeccable with updates sent a couple of times a week. We used enterprise leasing for a rental car which picked me up at the shop and allowed the return to be handled at the shop when the repair was complete. They did an amazing job restoring the vehicle back to its original condition. I definitely recommend them.
