Business states they are open till 7! I arrived at 5 p.m. Doors were locked and lights off. No sign on the door as to why they were closed and no one answered the phone.

Have used Great clips for years.
Today my stylist was Meridith. She didn't listen to me at all. Not friendly either.
I have a mans cut !!! she even used a razor. I'm devastated. I'm going to be wearing hats for a few months.

Abby was wonderful, and did amazing with my daughter! She's 11, autistic and nonverbal. This was our first big haircut as she's always gotten scared before,but Abby took her time, and explained to her what was happening, and what she was doing each step of the way. We were able to cut off about 12 inches,that we donated 🥰 Will definitely be coming to see Abby for our next cut 😁
