We had a storage unit for about 7 years and the facilities were continuously improved, to include secure access to the grounds. The staff was always responsive to questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this storage facility.

We were out of town and used the UPS access point in Imperial, MO for a delivery. The dehumidifier was very heavy, Megan helped me load it into my car. She was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this location again for deliveries.
