Everything above was completely true. However, within 6 months, everything in our storage container, which was climate controlled, was covered with water and mold.
Forewarned, this will happen over and over on the climate controlled because they do not drain their systems properly. I will never use them again.

From the first person, Alyssa to the property manager Gina, the customer service was Awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. Answered every question ( I had a lot) with confidence and kindness! Our belongings will be safe and secure, without a doubt!

I know my stuff is safe at this storage facility. The staff are very nice. I have been going through my unit and Gina is very kind while checking on the units. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Prices are very reasonable too.

These people take and take and take. There are increases twice a year even though you signed up for promotional prices, and even though your unit floods and ruins your things. I can go take a photo right now of the gap at the ceiling of my unit where you can see outside and also into the neighboring unit. I’m a single mother barely scraping by and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Just be aware of what you are getting into. What a joke.

Gina explained the storage unit process very thoroughly and made sure I got the right size unit for what I need to fit. She was very easy to make small talk with and we share the same birthday!😊5/5 stars I’d go here before anywhere else if I ever need another unit in the future.

Gates are always broken so you're unable to access your belongings, and property managers dont care to go out of their way to take care of the situation. Place is a joke
