The truck a family member was driving was towed in connection with a traffic stop. Ives was very fair and accommodating despite the goofy circumstances. I am grateful that we were able to take the truck off their hands without too much fuss and the staff were nothing but pleasant.

Flat tire pickup, from callout to arrival was less than 15 minutes. Pickup in less than 10 with paperwork.Dropped off quickly, good communication, went the extra mile to put the key and paperwork in the dropbox at the drop off location.10/10 recommended
