“I love this place. We've been here many times recently looking at plants for our home. The employees are so sweet, and are so knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions and seemed genuinely interested in listening to what we were looking for and providing recommendations for our project, while also not being pushy and respecting our opinions. I felt no pressure to buy anything at any time. We are happy to buy our plants here, and they will be our first stop for anything we might need in the future. Highly recommend!”
“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. “My husband and I worked with Jason in the window and door department . Even though Home Depot did not have what we needed they referred us to another place that could help us . Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”

I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. Excellent job, Home Depot! I won’t be returning to Lowe’s again.”
“James (John) from the plumbing department was super helpful when we came in to get a replacement part for our water heater. He went so far as to show us the water filtration systems there, also. He was very enthusiastic and enjoyable. He made our visit informative and helpful and I thought that he had EXCELLENT customer service!”
“I don't like how they close off aisles for extended periods of time. Sometimes I need to grab something in a hurry and end up waiting 10 minutes because something is being stocked. Other than that, the store has most of what I need most of the time.”
