“This was my first encounter with this place of business. I rented a U-Haul and dolly from them. Wow, I really was impressed by their friendliness, promptness, and organization. The process of picking up and returning the U-Haul was seamless. Unlike other locations, they don't charge an after hours drop off fee which really comes in handy. The U-Haul was very clean on the inside and well maintained.
When I walked into the establishment, I was in awe of all the award plaques they had hanging on the wall. For years they have been receiving awards for being some fantastic U-Haul service providers. They don't just offer this service but they also sell different auto supplies and some free snacks (lol).
I had reserved my U-Haul on a Sunday and was scheduled to pick it up at 12. They close at 12pm on Sunday's and it impressed me that they didn't grunt or moan about staying past 12 to make sure I received my reservation. I of course was on time to pick it up but the processes to get the keys took a few extra minutes.
I reserved the smaller of the moving trucks which didn't include a ramp. That was no big deal at all. I appreciated the fact that they offered all 3 sizes of trucks. I also rented the appliance dolly which was in great shape. I was moving a sofa sleeper from one location to another. At the time of picking up the truck, they had already loaded the dolly into the back of it for convenience. I can't say how well the dolly works because I ended up not needing to use it, but it seemed like it was strong and sturdy.
I will be using them again for future purposes.”
“Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. They even contacted my insurance adjuster and had them extend my rental car because of the delay on the part. All around exceptional repairs and service.Services: Painting”

The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. Bailey (my contact) was very helpful, kept me aware of the progress in a timely manner, and was quick to return my calls. To top it off, the car was totally detailed and every inch of the car (exterior and interior) was immaculate.
