Worst experience ever!!! The lot was closed an hour earlier than was posted. I was sitting on the side of the road trying to get on the phone with U-Haul customer service. This was on 10/06/2021. U-Haul doesn’t care about their customers and it shows. They also overcharged me for miles driven.
