Lobby and concession butter stands dirty. Some of the chairs in certain theaters don't heat and are broken but you don't know they're broken into you get to your seat and then find out and people on their phones texting

Great theater except the chairs are weirdly uncomfortable! Feet barely go up and the head goes back too much. You just end up feeling folded up.
