Really sad. Starting using this vet a long time ago and was great then. Not any more. Front desk staff snarky, well one of them, rest ok. New vet not consistent at all. Wants $$$ but doesn't care about your pet. Offers shots vs. meds. Don't need blood work for shots but you do if you want meds. Short term meds, multiple blood tests. Charge 4x more than most places for meds. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I have taken my dogs to Three Trails over the years and have been extremely happy. The Veterinarians, and all staff are very caring and compassionate. I now have a new doggie in my life and am excited, knowing he is in good hands with his overall care.

Dr. Chaney and the rest of the staff saw us on a busy Saturday morning when our Senior Chihuahua started acting strange. No other vets would see us due to the time/day. Friendly staff, VERY thorough in their diagnosis process, which was very appreciated. We will definitely be bringing our other pets to them going forward.

I have sheltered my doggo there before so I booked him to stay there months in advance while I was out of town. TWO DAYS, 48 hours before I am in a different state "Katie" the manager of the boarding and stay, TEXTED me and let me know that due to past stays my dog was no longer able to board there. It was unprofessional and seriously so absurd. I had never been told anything about this, like the last time he boarded you would have thought they would let a person know... but no concern or comment was made. So I of course didn't think it would be an issue. I also told her to send any and all files of my animals they had to the address on file and never got anything. They also sent me a "bill" in the mail as if I didn't pay the entirety of the bill in person when I picked my dog up. I had to call and confirm this with the receptionist. Said it was sent out as a receipt but the paper said AMOUNT DUE in big red letters. Yeah. Okay.... this place is falling apart.

I have been a client of Dr Schrock over 30 years. He is an excellent vet. I trust both him and his staff to do the best job possible caring for my animals. The other vets employed at the clinic are great. I would trust any one of them to care for my beloved dog, one of which just survived a big dog attack thanks to Dr. Rhodes. Dr. Appling is so compassionate and has helped me through the ending of 2 of my precious dogs' lives. The grooming staff is excellent, and my baby always loves going for his spa day there.

I have been taking my 7 year old golden retriever here for 3 years and have always had an amazing experience! She had to have surgery on both knee's due to ACL tears and they have a visiting dog surgeon who comes and does the surgery. It was comforting to know that she was getting specialized care. Just this last week, I got a new puppy and was concerned about him having worms. I called on a Thursday morning and they got me in that day! Again, I felt well taken care of and have received care from 3 different vets here. Recommend all of them! The front desk staff is always awesome about handling my pet insurance paperwork also! I will say my only negative would be that sometimes they are a little hasty on the phone when you call, but this past week when I took the puppy in I didn't have that experience so I think that has changed!

I love Three Trails Animal Hospital! I take all my animals there including my asthmatic cat and my greyhounds who have special care needs due to the breed. They are very knowledgeable about greyhounds which is extremely important to me. They are always very thorough and even follow up with me after my appointments to see how everyone is doing and if I have any more questions or concerns. They will also do research and call other vets if something different and rare is needed or if some confirmation is needed. If they say they will get you answers, they will and will get back with you ASAP. I trust them with my animals wholeheartedly. All the vets are fantastic and I'm so glad that Dr. Rhoads is back. She's amazing and we missed her! The staff are friendly and my pets love them.

Dr. Schrock and the staff are wonderful. I got a Guinea Pig last year and Dr. Schrock was recommended as an exotic vet. He answered all my questions. I took my Guinea Pig for an initial check up and then recently for her annual wellness check. I also take my Guinea Pig to have the techs cut her nails. I'm too nervous to cut her nails. The techs do a nice job and everyone is nice and caring.

Took my cat there who was really matted. They groomed her up so cute. I was very happy and Sara loved her cut too! Will take her back and keep her groomed nice people working there and s very clean place.

Dr. Rick and his team are absolutely amazing! My senior dog was in a fight and sustained several bite wounds. Dr. Rick and his team got her in, assessed her wounds and prescribed medications for her. The 17 year old Springer Spaniel came home that day and is doing better than before her injury. A gigantic thank you to the Three Trails Animal Hospital team!!!

Best Vet in area! I highly recommend. Always takes time to explain treatments and issues. Staff very friendly. Been going for a long time. They have treated all my pets. 4 dogs and a cat. Also a work cat. Won't take my animals anywhere else.

We adopted Margaret on October 14, 2020. We've been looking for a Vet for a while and found Three Trails Animal Hospital.I read some of the reviews and wanted to give it a try. So, we had an appointment and I would say we did waited for 13 minutes to see the vet but,those 13 minutes were worth the wait. We sat down with the vet and he answered all my questions and explained everything to us without a rush like most do and also it did not break my pocket The receptionists were friendly and polite Overall I would definitely recommend Three Trails Animal Hospital to my friends and family. I will See you All soon

Starting going to Three Trails with my new fur baby in I rescued in 2017 per recommendation of my step mother. Staff was great and had no problems. Unfortunately, my dog was in an accident and died. Months later i rescued a new fur pup and knew exactly where he would go for care. He wags his entire back end when he sees the staff.
