Paying over 100 a month for my service.with AT&T includes insurance but still. It’s just myself does anyone else find that absurd? I think I’ll be switching services after 20 plus yrs.

1/9/2025 this guy is a very Bad customer service I don’t recommend this place CEO needs to come in fire these people or hire people who would help there loyal customer.. I ask for his supervisor and his name and he refuses to give out his name and the branch number very disrespectful..

We wanted to drop our Business Line & keep our two Personal Lines. In the end, AT&T wanted to charge us more money for less business. We ended up closing our phone account. There are too many companies out there to treat customers so poorly.

It was okay but unfortunately I could not return my equipment here so I had to go elsewhere after I had previously went somewhere first. So with that being said UPS and FedEx have a partnership with AT&t store to return equipment wish I would have knew that beforehand All that riding and wasting my gas for the further most I did get it returned yay 😀👍

Between the guy at the desk telling his whole life story to the fact there’s 20 of us in here and 1 person. Some guy in the back isn’t coming up to offer help just walked up saw us and walked back. Shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to ask a question

I also had another appointment to go to to pick up my daughter at school. The representative saw my need and help me so fast. I couldn’t believe it. He hooked up the service he made the appointment less than 20 minutes. He was excellent again. He was excellent excellent plus.
