Scammers. I started a policy 6-6-2025 and was given the monthly payment amount of $67.60 and 9 days in they changed the policy without contacting me to notify me of the reasons. They set me up with traders insurance, I have the first set of papers sent with original amount documented. Yesterday I get another set with the higher payment adjustment that they failed to notify me about before making the changes. Reason was not having insurance for 6 months however it was 8 days shy of the six months and I gave the agent all the accurate information needed. The lady I spoke with answered the phone kinda rudely and by only using her name. I had to ask multiple times if I was speaking auto discounters. It seemed she didn't want to tell me who she was working for. After trying to justify the change I canceled the policy. Don't quote a price and then change it without first contacting and seeing if the consumer wants to continue with the changes, and more importantly answer the phone with more than just a name. Anyone of my adolescent grandkids can answer the phone better. 0 stars if possible. And here it's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't seen my refund which they'll probably try to keep so yeah big scammers. Stear clear of these crooks.

All I had to do was submit a request online for a quote and I was notified by email with the information. I was signed up for a new policy within 7 minutes and was able to view the insurance cards.
When I recently needed to remove a vehicle and add a new one to the policy and my agent Ally was away at the moment her coworker Nick stepped up and helped me with the changes with no problem.

I previously wrote a review on this company after receiving a quote of over $500 down for liability. The owner of this establishment decided it would be a good idea to publicly respond by adding my date of birth, my old car and personal private protected information on Google reviews, of all places. This is incredibly unprofessional. I called and spoke with a man who did finally remove my personal info from that response, but I am still incredibly shocked that an Insurance broker would think this is okay. I will never do business with this company again and reported the incident to the better business bureau

They quoted me over $570 for liability insurance. Insanity. The general quoted me $80.05. Obviously I purchased insurance with the general. The lady who did my quote was kind of rude and kept asking me the same questions over and over
