Exceptionally disappointing: Called them after but around 9am when they experience the least amount of traffic but are still open, and not a single person on staff answered the call. I was not put on hold, I was not even recognized as a human being contacting them about the money they have that belongs to me. An absurd customer relations philosophy for a well established bank.

It's no wonder Bank of America has a 2 star rating. Their online banking sucks! Their policies are too restrictive. Their Artificial intelligence Erica is a moron. They have no relationship with their customers.They don't care if they have a 2 star rating. Their customers are nothing more than a number on a paper. Usual activity because I'm having dinner in a different city? I'm still in the same time zone. I'm convinced that BOA is nothing more than a bank where thieves launder their money through means of out of country remittance.

I've been struggling to get something done on my account. Other BOA banks were unable to help me. The task took 15 minutes with Carson. He was friendly, professional and courteous. I'm glad to finally have this problem settled.

No Banks close beside a ATM machine. Closed most branches. Definitely have bankers hrs. Open at 10 am. Never enough help and the people you have working act like zombies. So sad this is what this our banking has turned into.

Wrost Wrost customer service ever …even there is 1 customer in bank and I need is a document print which is already created by customer service previous day. They took 1 hr to get work done. No wonder they have 2 star rating. For any bank services better to go other branch.

Asked the person who said she was “in training” if they had a notary on staff. She said she doesn’t know but probably not but encouraged me to wait in line. Did not offer to check for me, probably too busy being “in training.” Turns out they do have a notary but after waiting in line to find out it was an even longer wait to meet with that person ? Teller said it was "probably" best to make an appointment. Probably. Wow. Helpful.
