Not the best experience. When in to buy a fish finder. The guy at the counter wasn't very knowledgeable about the products. Kind of made me feel as I was an inconvenience to him by asking questions. Won't be going back anytime soon

I have had good and bad experiences here all great when buying a gun good prices and staff is great to walk you through the process. But every time I have been here to buy bullets when there is a sale it will be clearly marked on the shelf Which bullets are on sale I pick those up. Take them to the register And every time the sale price never comes up Even though there is a huge sign that says the sale price is 24.99 when it’s regular 28.99 never has came up for me four Different times I have been here to buy bullets on sale days and they will never come up at the register at the correct price this has happened 4 times now and it’s a huge hassle as The person running in the register will either have to call to confirm that there is an actual sale price back there or send somebody back there to check because their system will never come up with the sale price on the exact same thing you’re buying that you picked up If you are gonna buy bullets here, just buy them online and pick them up but it’s the only way I know for a fact you’ll get the sale price

Very disappointed with Bass Pro and the employees. Representatives at the gun counter ignored us. Not until 30 minutes later until 1 guy out of 5 guys finally offer his assistance. During the purchased, the representative lied that the credit card I applied for will be 0% for 12 months. I was charged with % when I got my first statement. I only applied for the credit card so I can get discounts on the shooting range but I can't even use the range because there's no one there. It doesn’t matter if its on the weekends or weekdays. No one is ever there. Shady business to do and to lied to customer! Very deceptive tactic. No wonder the store seems to be dead every time I come in. I will not be coming back to support business who cheats. I do not recommend applying for their credit card either. I will pay off my credit card and cancel it.

Ordered a gun online and come to this store to pick it up. This is the most dysfunctional gun counter I have ever seen. You must reserve your place in line, but there are no signs that say this is "required." You just get a crabby lonely old lady named Susanne yelling at you to make a reservation after you have been standing there for 20 minutes. Horrible customer service. Will never be buying a gun from this store ever again.

Gun counter was to busy chatting with each other to acknowledge I was there. They did help other people who got there after I did. Guess I didn't look country enough.
Apparently even if no one is there you have to scan the qr code to be "put in line." I'm not scanning a random QR code anywhere, that's a good way to lose data.

My husband was just at your store to buy a part at the gun counter. There were 4 people working behind the counter walking up and down not helping anyone else. They all saw him and not one acknowledged his presence. Then another employee told him that he had to scan a QR code to be helped. This is ridiculous!! It's an invasion of your privacy. What in the world happened to good old fashioned customer service?? So in this case and I'm sure in many, many others, instead of retaining a loyal patron who has shopped at Bass Pro for years, you have now lost this one for life! All over a stupid app and code policy.

Gun department is unorganized mess. You could spend 2hours in this store and not get to touch or buy a gun. Support your local gun shops , who actually value your business!

This is a decent outdoor store. They have a decent selection of everything a Bass Pro normally sells, but some of their selections are relatively slim. Their shoes and boots section, for example is really small compared to other stores. If you're in the market for hiking boots be prepared to visit another location if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and we always have had good experiences there.

3 star because....
The store it's self is fabulous.
But I ordered two small items online and set it to pick up..
I ordered at 2pm and picked up at 6pm same day. Upon walking in. No one was at the pick up desk.
After while a girl came up and helped. But after standing for 20 minutes waiting (being the only one for pickup) a guy came from the back saying " I have these two items for Jerry but not James. ".. 🙄
Someone needs to help this situation out.
