Bath & Body Works is located on the main level inside the Independence Center, straight across from the main entrance, with plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is connected to White Barn at this mall location. It is always busy and thriving, even when the mall is quiet, but doesn't get too crowded to shop easily. The store is super clean, well-organized, and the displays are pretty. It offers lots of product choices and scents, including many good winter scents and a great selection of Mother's Day gifts. There are always some great deals, though there are higher prices on new items. The employees are friendly, helpful, and nice without being too pushy, and customer service has been good. Many customers leave happy, enjoying the hundreds of quality products and fragrant scents.

Traveling in from out of state .. and of course have to stop at bath & body to see what they have. Came out with more than I originally intended too.. lol atmosphere was great, friendly & helpful staff and store was very neatly organized
