I was in your store earlier today, Wednesday, October 30. I planned to use my coupon for a full size, body care product. The limit is 16.95. The body cream that I chose was 17.95. I mentioned to the clerk, Lucas, that I didn’t think it was good customer service to make most of the products $1 more than the coupon allowed. He was very dismissive and rude as he pointed out “that’s what it says on the coupon.” He walked away from me as I told him that I thought he was being very rude! I normally shop at the Summit Crossing store where people are extremely helpful and pleasant. I won’t make the mistake of shopping at this location again!

I enjoy my shopping trips to this Bath & Body Works store. The layout is easy to navigate and tidy!
The sales people are very friendly and helpful not too pushy, I like that.

This store doesn't get too crowded to shop easily & it's connected to White Barn at the mall location. Lots of product choices & scents, customer service has been good. Unfortunately, new year & higher prices on new items.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! BUT I ABSOLUTELY ASSAULT MY NOSE EVERY TIME I SHOP HERE! I can't get enough of the smells, they are mostly all so good. It's just a matter of individual tastes.Now that they no longer take my Victoria's Secret and Pink Card I don't know what I'm going to do. I tried to get a card just through them but as of yet it's only showing, online anyway that they only offer Gift Cards.Well that's going to save me several hundred dollars or more each year. ??They are located on the main level inside the Independence Center. Straight across from the Main Entrance. There is Plenty of Free Parking. There is Plenty of Handicap Parking. Also since it's on the main level it has a Handicap Entrance.
