I had coverage with Beacon Point for almost 10 years. The business was great until a couple years ago. I don't know what happened. I never made a claim until recently. As soon as I did, they messed up the coverage that I was supposed to get. When I asked them about it, they told me that I needed to speak with Travis and that he would call me. He never did. Then they went dark on me and no one would answer emails or calls. Their listed addresses aren't even real and there are other businesses at those locations.

Unfortunately it took me a good while to figure out that they were charging me almost $75 more than any other company. On top of that for awhile no one would answer the phone. I purchased 2 cars in the time of using this company and each time had to call travelers and fight to talk to someone for proof of insurance because beacon point has it blocked to stop you from speaking to the insurance company directly. Travelers wasn’t great for the extra money I was getting charged either. It was beyond disappointing to learn how much money they took from me. I was charged $192 per my bank draft, Geico $116, other broker $120.

Not interested in helping clients who have had insurance coverage from multiple insurance companies in their past.....Very unprofessional and condescending attitude expressing how they only want to work with perfect drivers who are careful and don't "shop around for better deals frequently".
