I think that these places have become like DMV'S. The staff has become so accustomed to ignorant melanined people that they don't even try to be kind or show customer service. Store is crowded but wellll kept but lacks customer service or general appreciation of its customers.

Been shopping here for years the owners are extremely kind and the employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I spent 10 years working beauty supply and this is one of the best places to shop if you want a good experience!❤️
