I've had some bad experiences with dealerships the past five years. I will no longer go to Cable Dahmer or McCarthy as they have sold me inoperable vehicles after completing "inspections" or the vehicles being "certified". This was my first time at Bob Sight and boy... The vibe is completely different. I waited a little over a month after my purchase to provide this review ensuring everything worked out smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bryan Nickerson and the whole Bob Sight team treat you well, are personable, and swift. After I drive the wheels off my Kia, I'll be returning for another.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked that the tire pressure be checked as my light was on. Was told they automatically check that. Upon driving home I realized the light was still on. I live 30 minutes away and was nearly home. I called when I got home but had to resort to a text. They said to come back in. I’m not driving 30 minutes back when it should’ve been done in the first place. This dealership needs to enhance their customer service. I won’t be going back.

Pleasurable and prompt car buying experience. Bryan N. helped me close the deal for my wife's new car. I live in Texas, but felt this deal was worth traveling to KC to pick up myself. We are really pleased with our new Kia! Thanks again Bryan!

Easiest experience from sales to closing with the business office! Matt Rodecap is one of the best salespeople I’ve worked with. He is super responsive and flexible to work with via phone, email, text. He let me drive the experience but answered every question honestly and quickly. No pressure or sales talk what so ever. He built up so much trust over the years of shopping around that I knew Bob Sight was the right choice. I’m very happy with my purchase. The business office was also great and it was a similar experience no pressure; just honest people. The sales manager reached out to offer support along the way as well. All of my interactions exceeded my expectations. You’ve made me a lifelong Bob Sight customer. Thanks for all your help!

Terrible experience every time I went in. The car they showed me had been there for weeks without being serviced. They showed it to me with the interior trashed, garbage and paint stains left over from the previous owner. I could not test drive it because they had yet to get it inspected through their shop for "safety concerns." I informed them I would come back another time to be ready to test drive the vehicle. Despite calling ahead and trying to get a response for confirmation the next time I went in nothing had been done to prepare the car. The salesmen, Jon, went as far as to make some comments that lead me to believe he was holding the car to sell to his friend. When I asked to talked to the GM I was told I couldn't speak to him just because I asked, that he only dealt with "certain issues."I tried setting up a better time to see the car when it would be ready. I was brushed off and they shrugged when I asked when to expect it to get serviced. I got a call back the next day that someone else had put a down-payment on the car right after I left (which still had not been cleaned or inspected) which confirmed to me that Jon or his buddy were gatekeepers for their own purchase. All around extremely unprofessional and do not recommend buying a car through them.

Sabrina Davis was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bob Sight dealership made the whole car buying process so easy. Everyone was friendly and no pressure to finance there when I said I had my own. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful car buying experience. Our salesman was not pushy at all, just provided advice. And he was extremely personable. The actual buying process was extremely easy too. They have that process very fine-tuned. By far the fastest car buying I've been through. And most importantly I am very happy with my Kia Rio.

Sabrina provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. After a few shady encounters with other local dealerships I was going to put off my car search until I was able to regain a positive perspective on humanity. I loved what I was seeing on the Bob Sight website and decided to make one more call. We discussed my price, rate and trim expectations and then I made the 30min drive hoping things were not too good to be true especially since the trim package we wanted was hard to find. Everything we discussed was honored and there were absolutely no games played by the dealership. Sabrina was very personable with an obvious care for your needs. The process was so enjoyable and so quick that even the kids didn't complain or whine. I left feeling happy about getting an honest deal and a great experience. This is how the car buying process should be and I hope anyone reading this will go to Bob Sight and experience it for themselves. We should all want dealerships like this to thrive and be rewarded because of their honesty and integrity.

We appreciated the quick response and transparency we experienced with our associate Jon Massey. He was very detailed with his answers to our questions and also very patient. The information and estimates we received were on point and we very much appreciated this expertise when purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.

Bob Sight Independence Kia was honest and upfront about pricing (selling at MSRP) without any hidden fees or upcharges. Nawaz Ally made our buying experience very easy and enjoyable. He was extremely helpful with any questions that we had, he was honest, patient, and trustworthy, and we were lucky to have him as our sales consultant for our very first Kia vehicle purchase. I have nothing but great things to say about Nawaz including how professional and courteous he was. I would definitely do business with him again!

Bryan B. at Bob Sight Independence Kia was amazing to work with. We purchased our new vehicle with confidence that we were being treated fairly and that we were getting a good deal. We shopped around at other dealerships before coming back to Bryan. He was definitely the best salesperson we met with over this purchase. I would highly recommend going to him. Also, the finance part of our transaction went great as well. He had a job to do, but he wasn't pushy about any of the extras they had to offer and worked with us on things I was not willing to budge on. I'm a very happy customer!

1 of the worst car buying experiences. I took a leap of faith buying a used car. I checked out reviews and thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership they sold me a car that had a malfunctioning catalytic converter system 3rd month of having the car it started to fail I took it into the servicing they didn’t want to cover cost and eventually did this was in November here we are not even a year and that same converter they claim to have replaced failed. They won’t cover cost quoted me an excessive amount which would be equivalent to financing a new car and told me there was nothing else they could do for me. Be careful they don’t care they just want to sale you a car. I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage.
