My phone would not longer charge. I went to this store and the young man who helped me was very knowledgeable. Also, he was polite and professional. He got me set up with a new phone. I am very pleased with the customer service he provided.

Derek gave us outstanding customer service. He led us to exactly what we needed and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. This is the BEST and FRIENDLIEST service we have ever had in this store. Also, we love the phone he recommended, it's a great fit for our needs.

I had a real mess. On my lunch hour jax took care of me. I was not an easy customer he had no problem taking care of me and going out of his way to help me knowing I was on my lunch hour. I did have to go back after work to finish up and he was on it. Very impressed I feel jax went above and beyond and put up with me with all my questions and doubts. . Thank you so much
