We booked a standard SUV for a family trip approximately 2 weeks ago through our Costco membership. A CS rep called my husband yesterday to confirm our reservation. When we showed up today, we were told that they do not have an SUV in stock because the other renters did not return them and tried to push a minivan or a truck. We specifically rented an SUV because that is what we wanted!! We were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable with our request by the response from the CSR. She was rude, unapologetic, and even made it clear to her manager on the phone that “we did not accept her alternate vehicle optionsâ€. As if this was our fault??!! I worked for many years in customer service and this is the WORST! We felt like we were given the bait and switch tactic. Pay the extra money and go to Entetprise.

Got to this location only to find that my reserved car wasn’t clean. I had to wait 45 minutes for The car to be cleaned, she said she didn’t offer me another car because of the level of car I had reserved but she should have still offered something different to avoid the time waited. Budget the corporate entity needs to do better because this location is making the company as a whole look very bad.

HORRIBLE experience! I had a performance in another state and i was 7 HOURS LATE GETTING IN THE ROAD! I called the district manager from the location, for an exception so I could attempt to quickly get on the road. The district manager was willing to grant my request. When he asked to speak back to the manager, he told the location manager that he would grant my request, this little mean woman said, "you realize she has been through this process already"! She literally tried to stop us from going where we needed to go! JUST MEAN FOR NO REASON! I will not be back!!!!

Horrible customer service. If the rental isn't brought back cleaner than what you received it they try to charge you a detailing fee. The employees there were rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion to different customers. Find another rental company.

Mike was friendly and helpful. He made the process easy and did it fairly quick. Above and beyond from other car rental places we have tried. Definitely recommend them! Thanks Mike!
