I have been to build a bear many times over the years, but I have to say this is the best experience I’ve had. GINA , was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. Made my Daughters 13th birthday so special. Thank you so very much. We will drive back to this location just for you!

Gina was absolutely incredible. Patient and kind was laughing and playing with the kids. Made sure I knew all my options and sales! I will drive 1000 miles just to go see her again!
