If I could give 0 stars I would. The best words to describe this dealership is incompetent and dishonest. I have dealt with 5 different people in the sales process, all lied to my face, or are just too stupid to remember what they say. Do not go here for anything.

From start to finish, I’ve had nothing but a poor customer service experience. They were rude! Gave my tow gentleman a hard time dropping the vehicle off twice. I had an appointment scheduled Monday, October 16 and nick wasn’t there apparently. I was told to bring the vehicle back Tuesday, October 17 in which I did. Vehicle still didn’t start to get worked on or a simple quote provided until Thursday, October 19 because again, nick was out Wednesday, October 18. So for four days, my vehicle sat there at the dealership unattended as if it was a piece of trash! Every time I called, it was a hassle to check on my own car and then apparently the battery died while sitting on their lot/in the shop. Been having my vehicle two years almost three this upcoming March and my battery has never given signs it was going to die or that I needed a new one. They tried to blame it on the fact, it had been sitting and not constantly running every day like it use to. Well jokes on y’all, I work from home! My vehicle doesn’t run everyday no way. I’ll go a week to a week in a half, maybe 2 without needing to leave the house. It doesn’t make sense how the dealership had the vehicle for 4 days and it the battery magically dies. I feel like they are getting over on me! On top of the fact, a representative hung up in my moms face while she was speaking to someone. I was present on the line also so I could hear the conversation but couldn’t respond due to work but that was extremely rude and unprofessional! Nobody calls to provide updates on the vehicle at all! It’s a lack of communication and poor service. I feel like I shouldn’t have to give my hard earned money to such a terrible place!

I scheduled an appointment at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC - Service Department in Independence, Missouri to have my car serviced. I was getting an error message on my dashboard. I had just enough time to drop my car off and get to work. The service department was extremely busy that morning and I was concerned that I was going to be late for work.When I arrived, the service department greeted me with excellent customer service. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and said they would call me as soon as they discovered what was going on with my truck. They ran the diagnostic and discovered it was a sensor failure. They were thorough and transparent about exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The cost was significantly higher than expected, but thankfully, the repairs were covered under my extended warranty.We had a difficult time connecting with the warranty company. Mark F., one of their Service Department staff, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in being patient with me and the warranty company in communicating the total cost of the parts, repairs and labor. He kept me informed of what was going on at all times. He even apologized for the delay in getting everything squared away with the warranty company (which wasn't his fault at all). He didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He made me feel like my business mattered.These days, excellent customer service is a lost art! These guys made me feel like family! They took good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. They are my go-to dealership and service department from now on!

Nikki made the car buying process as stress free, and transparent as possible. At no time did I ever feel pressured into something I didn’t want, and she only showed me vehicles that were in my price range. There was no upselling or trying to get me to buy something I didn’t need. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the need for a vehicle comes again.

Ive always had great success with Cable Dahmer. The app keeps me up-to-date on my service needs. With my health problems, the valet services are quite convenient. Also my car is treated quite well, the mechanics are excellent!

This is the 2nd Cable-Dahmer Buick location for service I've tried. The first location I went to after purchasing my Buick vehicle had good customer service until they didn't. The new location was inviting. I was greeted and helped immediately. The service was prompted and I was treated respectfully.

Nickolas is my favorite service technician. He takes care of me when I bring my GMC SUV there for service. I needed a loaner vehicle until my vehicle got done with repair s. He is very thorough with pricing and what needs to be done with my vehicle. He is the best and there are no surprises. Nick knows my vehicle needs and keeps me informed when I need to bring in my vehicle for servicing. Thank you Nickolas for taking care of me last week. I got my vehicle back in two days. Terrance was very kind, honest, and eager to help in any way. He legitimately wants to make sure everyone finds a vehicle they love, and isn’t just looking for quick sales! Frank was great on the financing side and offered great advice, even when we were looking at other dealers. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the car we wanted at this dealership, but I would definitely work with these guys again!

Had my Buick enclave in to check for time chain Was told that was good but all my gaskets oil pan , transmission, head gaskets and all needed to be replaced Oh and needed front brake pads at $500 Took it to Culver's Express because I had a coupon for brake work and he said my brake pads front and back were good Cable Dahmer wanted @11,000 to replace all gaskets I'll just let it drip a little oil and keep driving my 2011 Buick enclave Not going to Cable anymore

BRIAN L. Is by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He treated me with respect and kindness. He never pushed me and was extremely patient with me the entire time(trust me I’m not easy to deal with AT ALL). If you are ever looking for a new or used vehicle call Brian.
