Had some work done at another shop that wasn't fixed correctly, insurance company sent me here. They had to order some parts. I would call to check if parts were in and was told Nicole who is the manager would call me back. Days went by and I would call again and told same thing. I finally went to the shop and talk to someone about getting the car in to get fixed. Got the car back. They ended up having to order another door. Weeks went by and I called asking about my door, again was told Nicole would call me, again a week went by with no call. I went to shop to see about the door and no one knew about a door being ordered. Nicole was out that day. I called insurance and they told me they authorized Nicole to oder the door same the day they talked to me and told me they were doing so. Insurance contacted the shop and surprise, 2 days later I had a door. Finally got door replaced. Picked up the car on a Friday. Over the weekend, I noticed some issues and went back to shop on Monday. Nicole was in a meeting, and a gentleman came out, looked , took some pictures, and said it was an easy fix that could be done in 1 day and again said Nicole would call to schedule. As I sit here and write this review, it has been a week and a half, and there no call from Nicole. This place has terrible communication skills. I just want to be done with this accident that I've been dealing with since March. I shouldn't have to keep calling when told the manager Nicole would call me back all these times.

Highly recommend check them out if you are involved in a collision or wanting a estimate for paint jobs.

Great experience! My vehicle was towed in with damage from attempted theft they worked the claim and processed through insurance seamlessly. The bodywork was flawless and mechanically everything works great. Will did a great job calling providing regular updates.Tori at front was very nice and helpful as well. They also work with Enterprise if you need to rent a car that allow you leave rental at their location for pick up. That convenience alone was huge perk.

You will get much better service if you take your vehicle to a locally owned repair shop. This corporation couldn't care less about taking care of customers. Will, the manager, won't even return your phone calls.

This shop was such an amazing experience!!! They kept me informed on every stage of the repair! Will was great about what needed to be done and what parts were needed and how long he thought it would take!!! Tori put up with all of my phone calls!!!! I was told my SUV would be done on Friday and it was done!!!!! Amazing !!!!!

Unfortunately I had a run in with a deer on a Friday afternoon before I was going on vacation in 2 days. Caliber worked with me and my insurance to get the ball rolling. They allowed me to drop off my car the morning I was leaving for vacation so they could assess the damage, order parts and get started while I was gone. I was able the pick up my car 2 days after I returned from vacation. They kept me posted throughout the whole process with updates. I'm very pleased with how they handled every aspect of the process.

I was highly impressed with the quality and professionalism of every team member I encountered during this process. At no point did I feel rushed or undervalued. And the finished product of the labor turned out to be a vehicle that resembled the first day I saw it in person.

Not once, but twice I have had the occasion to request services from Caliber Collision on 40 Highway in Independence Missouri. Both times the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. On this last occasion, I backed my car out of the garage with the passenger door slightly ajar and caught the door on the garage framing. It shoved the door upwards so that it was impossible to close. My family was pushed to wall with things needing to be done and getting our car in for complete repair was going to require a costly rental car and a lot of additional time and stress. Imagine our surprise and absolute joy when the gentleman (I wish I had captured his name), took the car back into the shop and found a way to realign the door so that it actually worked again. AWESOME! We now have time to get our other issues taken care of before we put the car in the shop. Thanks to Caliber we saved time, lots of extra stress and the cost of a rental car. Above and beyond. That’s a rare thing to find in today’s market place. Thank you!
