I stopped to get gas after calling 3 times over the last couple months. After I saw that the gas pumps were down 1-2 months ago I called after that and no answer, then today I called twice with no answer, so I took a shot and drove over here and then their pump stopped me at $25 and I was using my card, no prepay, the nozzle would not let me continue to pump!

SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Never had pizza from Casey's until today. After not eating pizza because none of the chains in east Independence can even get the crust cooked through, I went in to the store and directly asked if they could make a CRISPY bottom crust. They answered they could. I ordered payed over $18 for a medium got it home and it is RAW under the toppings. I wish as a consumer I could at least just get what I pay for. Back to just skipping pizza. I don't know anyone who enjoys pizza you have to eat with knife and fork because the crust is so limp you can't even fold it and eat it without toppings falling off. Had to finish cooking it in air fryer so we can even eat it.

I used to go in because of key essence but now I found crystal in the evening working there.... Sears so amazing professionalism courteous caring ambitious and just a very genuine young lady thanks Crystal for always making my day better

I've seen cars get stolen here. Had employees ask me for money sometimes when I went here growing up. I usually avoided it.
Until I had their pizza for the first time. Just some of the best pizza ove ever had.
I try to order a breakfast pizza for the first time at this location today and they apparently can't combine sauces for pizza.
I've eaten at dozens of different caseys locations like most normal people have and this is the first one that can't make a pizza lol. It's not even the caseys itself it's the stubborn people that work there. I guess I'll drive an extra 15 minutes down the high way and have the nicer location do it anyways.

Beware card skimmer on the pin pad inside the door. Had someone clean out my account 1.5 hour after visiting this location.
Been trying to contact the store but they don't answer the phone

Ordered for delivery a couple of pizzas, some boneless chicken, barbecue sauce to go with it and some sodas. I got pizzas got the drinks, but I did not get the boneless chicken I got bone-in chicken and no barbecue sauce. And now their phone is disconnected so I can't call to make a complaint. I gave them a five-star all the way around. Now they're acting just like their full-fledged restaurant, they screw up and they don't want to take the calls to fix it.

Casey's is definitely a pizza place that also sells gas. The only caveat us don't be in a hurry because the pizza is never ready when they say it will. They run good deals on it though and it ages well.

This Casey’s is terrible. Took over another place just to have barely anything like a real Casey’s inside. No pizza, no donuts, barely a selection of stuff.

This particular location is a nightmare. 23rd and Lee's Summit Rd in Independence MO.Many items are out of stock.The employees were only interested in their own conversations and messing around. Not about doing any work. There were at least 4 employees I counted at the checkout but NO ONE would check us out. I just put the money on the counter and left.

Went in to pickup my pizzas and they had the nerve to tell me they don’t see my order in the system and then they said oh someone stole your pizzas ??♂️ it’s always something with them. When people order they should show proof of the purchase but not at this Casey’s. This will be my last time ordering from them

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 7am and the food was old from the previous night. The doughnut tasted stale. Never again will I eat here.
