John is the best, or as I like to say MY HERO!! We had a big misunderstanding with our account, I called and John was so understanding and very helpful. He was able to make things right. I recommend anyone looking for a new bank to go and see John and associates. If I could leave a higher rating I would.

I had a very pressing issue starting yesterday with my mother's bank account and we had both talked to the corporate office and that was the worst. A lady named Margaret had the worst attitude and would do nothing to help so I decided to call the sugar Creek branch and spoke with the manager John. After all of about 5 minutes on the phone with him he said let me call you back. So I waited and he responded to me this morning and just basically said sir, we got ya all fixed up. I was so so so grateful to him and all the employees at this branch. Moral of the story. THANK YOU JOHN AND THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL....

I've banked at several places, and this one is the best by far. I love that they make the cards in house so i don't have to wait for snail mail, The customer service is always wonderful, especially at this location. Myrtle, in particular, is just the sweetest and super efficient at her job 😊

I've been with Central Bank for a while now and the experience has always been excellent. The tellers are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Every visit feels personal and efficient, and the customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend Central Bank if you're looking for a reliable and welcoming place to manage your finances!

Don't bank here. They sent my account to collections AFTER it was paid off and closed, which I did because I was tired of hidden fees and very little information. So unless you want to get turned into collections when you decide to close your account, just go somewhere else.

Everyone at the bank has been extremely accommodating. Especially Myrtle and Ava. (They are ROCKSTARS!) It has been an excellent bank to deal with. All staff are very professional and knowledgable. They quickly resolve any issue and provide individual service that makes you feel like they are truly on your team.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The branch was decorated for Halloween and the music reflected the day, and John and his team just seemed to be in great spirits, which brightens anyone’s day. Plus, I was in for a replacement debit card, and the process was explained to me. Everything was quick and painless. Helpful branch, helpful team!
