I was honestly stressing out because my a/c quit on me and the engine started shaking every time I stopped at a light. I brought my car in hoping it wouldn’t turn into a huge mess. They checked it out, explained everything in simple terms, and got it fixed without dragging it out. The a/c is blowing cold again and the engine feels normal! The price was fair and they actually treated me with respect, which I appreciate. I felt feeling relieved and I’ll definitely come back if I need anything else.

Great experience overall. They got my transmission rebuilt quick and it was cheaper than most places! Will use them again if I have car trouble

I wish there was an option for zero stars but I just had to get this review out there , I really wish I would’ve viewed reviews before letting these unprofessionals work on my car. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car to these guys at certifix for anything not even a oil change these guys suck at communicating and also at their jobs quality of the work a newborn baby could do very untrustworthy and liars I would recommend anywhere else besides this place I’m surprised this place is still in business after all the lawsuits they’ve received save yourself and go somewhere else !!

These guys done a awesome job on my work truck been driving it about 2 weeks no issues i got a rebuilt transmission and a transfer case put in truck is running good again thank you guys much appreciated would definitely recommend

We had terrible luck with 3 vehicles needing MAJOR work all within a couple months. The places we had been using closer to our home, were overcharging and not fixing the correct issues. We took it our 2018 Ford Escape to Certifix after another place told us our whole engine would need replaced and wanted to charge almost what the entire car was even worth. Certifix took the time to find out what was really wrong and fix only exactly what needed done, saving us thousands of dollars. The entire staff was incredibly nice to us throughout the whole process and got us driving again quickly. Everything is warrantied too!

I honestly wouldn't recommend taking your vehicles their for any transmission problem(s). I took my suv in to get my transmission fixed they cut my muffler which now my truck sounds like crap they tried welding but did a scrappy job. they used black tape to bridge my cables instead of using heat shield taps they took about a month to get a sensor put in. The 2nd time I took it in they told me warranty expired even though they told me I had warranty until June this month so not holding their word I paid an extra $250 to get my shifter fixed and still didn't. The only thing they've done was help fix my ignition key from getting stuck which should have been covered. They want to charge me extra to get my shifter from going out of park when the ignition key isn't even in the ignition.

I have been bringing all my cars here for over 3 years now and I own a minimum of 4 cars at a time not including my family's vehicles and friends. It's sad to see some of these reviews are not to good or honest. Everyone always wants a discount most likely because their hustle and mentality are wack ..I pay with no problem every time and if something isn't right (rare) I take it back and it's fixed asap. I'm no mechanic but these guys treat me like family with kindness and respect... And since I rarely ever have to bring my vehicles back..I would say, they know what they are doing and they can be trusted.

Do NOT take your car here!! They gave me a faulty transmission. When we took it back to be fixed AGAIN they said they needed 1,500 more for engine coils !! When they did the initial diagnosis they never said anything other than it was the transmission. Do not trust them.we are out of 2,300 and our car is worse.

Certifix took great care of us.
Being stuck in the position of having to decide where to tow my van when I wasn't even planning on repairs was stressful.
But AJ assured me that we would be back on the road in 3-4 days and we were. It has now been 3 weeks with our new transmission and we are very pleased. Great communication, fair price and seems like top notch work. Thanks a lot guys.
