Came here to get a gift card. Listened to the only girl working there chat with a old friend that came into the store while I was ignored. After 5 minutes I finally interrupted asking. Can you please ring me up for a gift card. I had been standing in front of the register completely ignored. She said, this isn't my store so someone else will need to do it... maybe if that's so, go find wherever they are. It's December 22nd why is there no staff here? 10 people shopping no one helping anyone. I took my $200 and went to another shoe store.

Will was so great! I made a mistake and showed up before my order was ready to be picked up. Will was the best problem solver and so professional and friendly! I left with my shoes in hand. He handled everything so well, and chatted with me during the entire process. The company is lucky to have him.

Didn't love the mall prices. But the customer service was amazing. Son wanted a certain pair of Nikes. Shopped all the shoe stores in Independence Center. This one had the same price as others on the shoe. But made sure to help us and not treat us like trash like Foot Locker did.
