My wife and I and my 16 year old went in the bank to set him up an account.Tristan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his job.He also advised my wife an I on other options that might benefit our needs.

I overdrew my account one time and paid it back. They blocked my account so I kept coming back to talk about getting it fixed and they made excuses to avoid the situation I kept getting the information they asked for and everytime I needed something more (more excuses) this happened probably 3 years ago and I'm still pissed off

Terrible company to try and contact. Why would a bank make it difficult to pay my bill? You'd think by now any reputable bank would have online banking reasonably figured out. Literally any other bank I've gotten an auto loan through has been a better experience. Plus they charge a fee to make a payment. If the dealership has any other option that's not these guys, choose them.

Justin was so very friendly. He took time to answer all my questions & was very helpful. I feel like he went above & beyond to help & make sure I understood. He is a great guy. Made me feel welcome . He didn’t rush me. Very nice person

I recently needed to stop by my bank to discuss a charge that was not mine. The banker I worked with that day was efficient and quickly resolved my issue. The charge was taken care of within a day and my account credited.

Since the additional ATM is gone maybe pull down the sign pointing towards where it used to be. 2 people were in line for the other atm. The teller I then went to with short blonde hair and glasses was putting off some unsettling vibes!
