Brooke is a genius and her customer skills are off the chart. I went in with some issues with an Iphone and she took more than expected time to help with the issues I won't trust anyone else with my cell needs. Well above and far beyond expectations.

I was having issues with my phone, so I stopped by the Independence location. The sales associate (Emily) was extremely friendly and professional. She walked me through all the correct procedures and got my phone back up and running. Definitely would go see her again.
