Cricket customer for 8+ years. I had by far the worst customer service experience here at this location. I have had four lines for years now and needed to discontinue one of the numbers I currently had that was not being used anymore with a new number and sim card. I did not take a phone with me to the store but had one at home if need be to use. It clearly states on the website several free phones with new lines. I asked the women who "helped" us if there was a free phone with what I was paying for or if I would have to pay more. She was quiet for a moment and then gave me a total price. She did not answer my question and was far from forthcoming of the promotion for new line activation. Never said anything about a free phone or asked if we would like to see them. Nothing! When she heard we had a phone at home I guess she decided we didn't need the free phone? Paid about $74 that day to get a number and a sim only. So a few weeks later I get notification my bill is twice the amount expected. I have had the same bill for years now and still I only have 4 lines. I called Cricket Customer service wondering what's going on with my bill? It went from $90 to $159? So the kind ,helpful, man at customer service fixed my bill and informed me the lady from this store started a whole new separate plan making my bill clearly much higher. Why she did this I don't really know she did not even tell me my bill would be higher. Like I said she was FAR from forthcoming information or promotions. The man from Customer Service said we should have received a new phone as part of the promotion for the new line she set up. I told him we didn't get one and I had even asked the women.!. He instructed me to go to the store and ask for a manager because they would only be able to fix this and they should give me the free phone we should have been offered as a benefit of the promotion. I called the store 3 days in a row until I Finally got a hold of a "manager" at this store and explained the whole story again. She asked for my phone number and my pin. I'm assuming she had my account pulled up and could hopefully understand then what was going on. But she asked if I could come down to the store so she could see what had happened. At this point I'm hopeful the "manager" is going to make this right.?... No, the "manager" did not. I waited for what seemed like 20 minutes behind a customer.I told her I had talked to her on the phone and she said more or less " ya I can't do anything or help you". I guess she had me drive all the way to the store to tell me that. Clearly at this point I'm frustrated. The "manager" was not helpful. I asked to speak to a "district manager" so she called a "district manager". I told her the whole story and how Customer Service that I spoke with on 01/06/2025 told me to go back to the store. That part of the promotion we had already paid for came with a free phone we were NEVER offered, even though I asked! The "district manager" came up with a lot of excuses and had no comment on why my bill was messed up. The "district manager" said the woman who originally helped us did what she did because it would have given them "bad points".. I'm thinking "bad points"? What about the customer? Are you serious? The "district manager" even had the audacity to say we don't give customers free phones as part of the promotion if they have another phone to use due to fraud issues. I didn't even have a phone with me originally when I set up and paid for the new line at the store. It seems that this Cricket location and "managers" are the ones committing fraud and being shady. Who in this world would not want a free phone if it is a benefit of the promotion they are paying for. The "district manager" said if I would have come back within 7 days she would have given us the free phone. Why didn't it happen in the first place I will NEV

I went this morning trying to get new service but man this store temperature is too hot for Customer s I'm an older man I almost felt like passing out ,sorry will be going to another company.

I ordered a phone and an employee was to bring it in from another store. He set a date and time for me to pick it up, but when I got there he said he hadn't picked it up because he was low on gas. If there's more than one person ahead of you, prepare to wait for quite a while to be helped. The phone service itself could be better--I have been disappointed so far.

The store manager did such a great job. I switched over from consumer cellular and it was a bit of a hassle because of a port delay but Christian was very patient and such a great help. He transferred my information and helped me get in contact with my sister, such an amazing man

I went to buy the $19.99 phone with promotion as I have been a cricket customer for 5 years. Christian waited on me. He told me there wasn't a promotion and my phone would cost over $80. Looking at the receipt when I got home. I did get the $19.99 phone promotion and he gave me a cut partial receipt and I was charged $83. He charged me for items I never ordered or received. Upon returning to the store today and demanding a full receipt, explanation, and refund. I only got the full receipt after Christian saying he couldn't find, alot of stalling and trying to misdirect me, after saying I would call the police. So far I have not been told what the charge is for or given a refund. Christian would not give me a straight answer and said it don't concern him. I looked up the charges, one is for an unlocked phone and the other is for insurance I never ordered or received. Almost $35. I'm 67 years old and could be mistaken for an easy target. I'm not done with this matter and demand a refund. I hope the owner of the store will correct this and issue me a refund and rethink who he/she has managing the store as I was told Christian is the manager I'm not sure exactly what I was charged for, maybe it was a case. I don't know because I was charged for items I never requested or received. I don't need the owner to day sorry. I need a refund of the money that was taken from me. My only income is veterans widows benefits and I need a refund. Sorry don't put food on my table. The owners, please respond accordingly

I went to purchase a $19.99 phone with promotion, since I've been a cricket customer 5 years. I was told , by Christian, there isn't a promotion and the phone would be about $80. Upon, returning home after purchasing the phone, my reciept was cut and I only had a partial receipt. After returning back to the store Christian ( I was told is the manager) stalled and said excuses why he couldn't print me up another receipt. It was only after I said I would call the police, did I get a full receipt. On the full receipt are 2 charges that I never authorized for products I never received. I am 67 years old and could be mistaken for an easy target. I am not done with this matter as I haven't got a refund. Christian tried to double talk and misdirect me about the charges. Its around $35 I was overcharged. He said it doesn't concern him, very shady, very dishonest.

Very unprofessional to have your entire facility lit up,but your doors are locked. I called and no answer,or machine,or forwarding number. I called another location to ask if there was an issue only to be told they're not affiliated - no offer to help etc.

I have went to this location and usually recieve good service.. My phone had been disconnected about 30.minutes before I went to the store but the representative was not helpful. I've been a customer almost 2 years. Cricket you have to do better with customer service

There is no mask mandate and I was asked to put on a mask while there were a store full of people who's mask was not covering their face. More like chin straps. Why wasnt anything said to them? I stood there for a half hour with no help. There is not even any information or prices next to the phones. How am I supposed to shop for a phone with no details about them or prices. The ceiling drops water, the place looks like trash, and the employees are rude.

Good customer service just didn't like that the employees were talking about the fact that I didn't want to purchase a case in Spanis. Which I speak fluently.
